Regarding MECIP’s implementation, CNV has carried out an institutional commitment, for which it has formulated Institutional Commitment Act on April 16, 2010, and has adopted MECIP through the Res. CNV N° 30 I/09 dated April 3, 2009, a resolution that in turn was complemented by Res. CNV N° 26 I/10 dated April 16, 2010. Dealing with the Definition of the Working Committee, a Working Group at the Managerial Level has been integrated following Res. CNV N° 30 I/09 dated April 3, 2009, as well as the Team MECIP Technical Group, created on May 31, 2010, by Res. CNV N° 34 I/10. The latter resolution has also appointed people responsible for Top Management and Team MECIP, while defining the roles and responsibilities of Team MECIP. In addition, an Internal Control Diagnosis has been undertaken through a survey targeting all civil servants at CNV, while taking into account the sample universe and the number of public servants according to the methodology stated within the Internal Control Standard Model. As for requirements needed for MECIP’s Implementation, the Internal Control Committee and Team MECIP are focused on their total fulfillment.
